About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Crisis Team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and responsive individual to work within our fast-paced team, providing crisis response, home treatment, and admission avoidance services for children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide triage, assessment, risk management, and home treatment services to young people in crisis.
  • Offer consultation, supervision, and support to other clinical team members.

Requirements
  • 2 years post-qualification experience in CAMHS.
  • Qualifications as a Social Worker, RMN, OT, or RNLD.
  • Previous experience in risk assessment and safety planning.
  • Proficiency in using clinical systems and IT.
  • Commitment to developing own skills and knowledge.
  • Experience in supervising junior staff.
