Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in a specialist nursing home based in the Northamptonshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Mental Health Act and Clinical Policy, ensuring compliance and excellence in clinical standards.
  • Manage and evaluate the medical service through audits, ensuring research-based clinical policy and practice.
  • Work with external stakeholders to facilitate the service users' journey back into the community.
  • Contribute to the training, education, and development of staff across all disciplines.
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health.
  • Understand and apply relevant legislation, contemporary cases in mental and physical health.
