Your Role with Us

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Low Secure, Specialist Rehabilitation and CAMHS Division. As a member of our high-achieving and committed social work team, you will work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic individualized treatment plans and support patients on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide expert mental health assessments and interventions, including safeguarding and risk management
  • Work closely with patients, families, and carers to ensure their involvement and engagement in the treatment process
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in psychiatric social work

Requirements

  • Recognized Social Work Qualification
  • Experience working in mental health and mental capacity legislation
  • Safeguarding Adults Legislation and practice
  • Registration with Social Work England
