Position Overview

As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Lead Generation, you will play a pivotal role in the development, measurement, optimization, and expansion of our Global Lead Generation initiatives that extend beyond traditional marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include crafting the strategy, managing tools, refining processes, and delivering high-quality leads to our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to enhance the support provided to our sales teams throughout Europe and Africa. This includes:
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee and enhance our Lead Generation technology stack, including leading the development of web scraping at scale and managing integrations with existing CRM systems.
  • Lead Sourcing: Collaborate with agencies and software providers to manage relationships and ensure data integrity throughout the sales cycle.
  • Process Design: Identify and document scalable processes for lead assignment to the sales team.
  • Data Synchronization: Work with the Systems Team to ensure seamless data syncing in Salesforce for accurate lead management and reporting.
  • Segmentation and Scoring: Manage lead segmentation and scoring to deliver targeted messaging that enhances engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content and marketing teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize outreach strategies for improved client experience and ROI.
  • Lead Flow Design: Construct and refine lead flows, testing various communication strategies and content types.
  • Lead Management: Maintain lead management processes to support sales revenue goals, including lifecycle management and lead scoring.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a strong background in lead generation and web scraping processes.
  • Proven expertise in sales engagement tools and an understanding of how to leverage these tools for enhanced efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical proficiency and exceptional communication skills, with a focus on process improvement.
