Key Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to bolster the support provided to our sales teams throughout Europe and Africa. This includes:
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee, enhance, and maintain our Lead Generation technology stack, including leading the development of web scraping at scale and managing integrations with tools like Salesforce.
  • Lead Sourcing: Collaborate with agencies and software providers to manage lead relationships and implement a comprehensive duplicate checking process.
  • Process Development: Identify, design, and document scalable processes for lead assignment to our Sales Team.
  • Data Coordination: Work closely with the Systems Team to ensure seamless data synchronization in Salesforce for accurate lead management and reporting.
  • Segmentation and Scoring: Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver targeted messaging that enhances engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with content and marketing teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize outreach strategies for improved client experience and ROI.
  • Lead Flow Design: Construct and refine lead flows, testing communication frequency and content types to maximize effectiveness.
  • Lead Management: Support sales objectives by maintaining the lead management process, including lifecycle management and lead scoring.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, develop insights, and implement optimizations across various lead stages.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 7+ years of B2B tech marketing experience, particularly in Lead/Web Scraping development and marketing automation tools, with strong Salesforce expertise.
  • Proven experience with sales engagement tools and an understanding of how to leverage these for enhanced efficiency and ROI.
  • Expertise in lead scoring, enrichment, and nurturing frameworks, with a focus on process optimization.
  • A track record of managing large datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
