Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. This temporary role is designed for an individual with substantial experience in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication among team members and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple inboxes and update the CRM dashboard efficiently.
  • Evaluate referrals based on provided information, prioritizing them according to risk.
  • Provide essential feedback and information to various external organizations.
  • Engage with public sector entities and the general public regularly.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including correspondence, meeting arrangements, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using CRM/Dynamics systems.
  • Understanding of data protection principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work on-site.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive hourly rate.
