Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of freight coordination, ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information.
  • Coordinate and oversee customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and third parties to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the freight industry, with a strong attention to detail and knowledge of importing and exporting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a dynamic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs – Grade A-C (or equivalent) and computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the industry.
