Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves a range of personnel-related administrative responsibilities, requiring a candidate with outstanding organizational capabilities and a commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information. The HR Administrator will engage in various administrative, office management, and secretarial tasks across multiple organizational functions, including travel, procurement, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruitment partners to advertise job openings and assess incoming applications.
  • Maintain and update employee records within HR databases, including new hires and absence reports.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including delivering presentations and clarifying company policies.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Process employee inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Prepare documentation for HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by supplying relevant data.
  • Generate reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Support the management team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
