While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

This is an 11-month contract based in central Belfast.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a Business Partner to the Leadership team/internal stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment processes across several professional business areas.
  • Ensure recruitment processes followed are efficient, identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Drive DE&I practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment budget.
  • Drive talent acquisition via advertising and utilize headhunting tactics to attract passive candidates.
  • Management of two junior members of the team, ensure they are managed effectively, and targets are achieved.
  • Manage the delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects.
  • Working with the wider Human Resources Team to support the implementation of induction programs.
  • Support the early careers/graduate recruitment program (preferred, not essential).


To be considered:

  • You will have an excellent academic background and be curious and genuinely passionate about talent acquisition.
  • A background in in-house recruitment is essential.
  • Proven ability to work operationally and strategically.
  • Strong legislation knowledge regarding recruitment and best-practice graduate resourcing strategies.
  • High level of attention to detail essential.
  • Background in Professional Services.


Salary: Up to £65,000 + Health + Pension


*This organization operates a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 from home)
