Talent Acquisition Partner

Cpl TEG NI is a leading recruitment agency with a vision to deliver exceptional talent solutions to our clients. We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support our clients throughout Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process for direct applicants, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through all touchpoints.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports and business updates to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' employee value proposition and create a compelling narrative to attract top talent.
  • Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed prior to start date.
  • Support the project of migrating recruitment activity recording from offline mechanisms to our internal CRM, Jobscience.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Management or Recruitment.
  • Experience supporting and delivering across a variety of projects.
  • Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and transparency in recruitment activity reporting.
