Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruitment delivery teams in supporting clients throughout Northern Ireland. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for working across a number of key accounts, prioritizing client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.

  1. Recruitment Planning

Work with clients to create recruitment plans, including timelines and forecasted start dates, to ensure seamless delivery of talent acquisition services.

  1. Recruitment Tracking and Reporting

Accurately update all recruitment trackers and provide regular progress updates to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability in our recruitment processes.

  1. Candidate Experience

Provide an exceptional candidate experience through all touchpoints of the candidate journey, from initial application to onboarding.

  1. Onboarding and Integration

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and stored securely.

  1. Process Improvement

Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment processes and technologies to improve efficiency and streamline our services.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in talent management or recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns.

  1. Skills and Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  1. Education and Certifications

Relevant qualifications in recruitment or a related field, such as a degree in Human Resources or a certification in recruitment.
