We are representing our client in the search for a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

This role is vital within the organization, as the Coordinator will engage with clients, employees, and potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain precise records related to job openings, candidates, and client interactions.
2. Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager.
3. Assist the Recruitment Division with data entry and job advertisement tasks.
4. Foster and enhance relationships with prospective candidates.
5. Analyze and interpret data, compiling and managing candidate information effectively.
6. Contribute as a team member, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
7. Prepare comprehensive reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 'A' Level education
* At least 6 months of experience in recruitment administration

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously
  • Effective communication skills
  • Awareness of confidentiality protocols
