This position revolves around interpersonal interactions and requires you to be prepared, willing, and capable of:

  • Receiving briefs from clients - a brief is when a client requests to observe how real individuals utilize products and services in real-life scenarios through video.
  • Grasping client objectives - understanding what they aim to learn and achieve through their research. You will refine the brief to reflect this by engaging in dialogue with them, comprehending their needs, and 'translating' their language.
  • Conveying that brief to our Thinkers - the talented individuals who will create these videos in their own settings, allowing the client to witness their thought processes.
  • Assisting those Thinkers - ensuring they fulfill the brief punctually and according to the guidelines you establish.
  • Delivering those videos back to the client.
  • Astonishing them.

Then engage with them. Listen to them and others within their organization. Exceed expectations. Make them eager to collaborate with you repeatedly.

Throughout this process, you will be learning, innovating, and enhancing your skills.

Additional Job Details

Salary: £23,000-£25,000, contingent on your performance and potential.
