Join Our Team as a Client Support Specialist

We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Client Support Specialist at Castle Trust Bank, a pioneering fintech institution.

Our retail finance division collaborates with retailers across the country, offering innovative credit solutions that empower customers to manage their purchases effectively through advanced technology.

Your Role:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will handle incoming inquiries from both clients and retail partners. This dynamic position involves addressing a wide range of questions, from account details to payment assistance.

While the majority of your interactions will be via phone, you may also respond to client inquiries through email as needed.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, permanent role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with strong communication skills, whether through direct customer interaction or over the phone. Familiarity with computer systems is essential, but specific training will be provided for our internal systems.

Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
