About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Client Support Specialist to join our team at Chase de Vere. As a key member of our client support administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our Independent Financial Advisers, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and easily accessible.
  • Process new business cases, loading relevant data onto our CRM database and updating our back office systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure, ensuring our high standards of service are maintained.
