We serve a diverse clientele across both public and private sectors, boasting over 60,000 customers in the UK spanning 20 different industries, including construction, transportation, retail, hospitality, education, facilities management, manufacturing, and government.
We are committed to enhancing our Client Success Department by adopting smarter strategies to achieve our customer retention and product engagement objectives. This entry-level Client Success Specialist role is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a career in Client Success. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with fellow Client Success Specialists, you will manage the overall relationship with a segment of our customer base, focusing on maximizing retention and minimizing attrition.
- Utilizing our dedicated Client Success platform, you will proactively identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to re-engage them.
- Conducting research to locate appropriate points of contact and their details may be necessary.
- Once you establish contact, you will reintroduce our platform and membership through effective communication, customer education, and system training.
- Documenting and managing your activities using our Client Success technology is essential.
- Facilitating regular product demonstrations and training sessions to empower customers to leverage our platform effectively.
- Responding to inbound inquiries regarding memberships and technology support.
- Delivering an exceptional level of service to customers and guiding them throughout their journey with our solutions.
- Acting as the customer advocate by providing valuable feedback to senior management and the product development team.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess most, if not all, of the following attributes or experiences:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial experience.
- While we will provide comprehensive sector training, a basic understanding of construction or supply chain risk management is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone.
- A genuine passion for customer interaction.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, demonstrating excitement for the role.
- A quick learner who can adapt to new information and processes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Dependable and organized, with a commitment to following through on internal and external commitments.
- A keen interest in technology and proficiency in using computer systems.
