Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and administering a robust compensation and benefits policy that delivers against the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of annual reward cycle processes, including annual pay review, annual bonus, and long-term incentive plans.
- Manage benefit provisions, such as private medical insurance, pension, long service awards, and salary sacrifice schemes, ensuring they are aligned with company policies and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures linked to compensation and benefits, including reward and recognition schemes.
- Analyze and review compensation and benefits in the UK, identifying trends and emerging legislation, and ensuring plans remain compliant, market competitive, and fit for purpose.
- Ensure administrative excellence of benefits operations, including data management and reporting.
- Develop and deliver effective communication materials and training documentation for new and existing programs.
- Provide system reporting expertise, ensuring that the HR Operations team and payroll create necessary data reports for decision-making requirements.
- Familiarity with a variety of reward concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience working with IT systems and data management.
- Enhanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads to achieve deadlines.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
- Excellent numeric skills.
