About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Executive Field Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  2. Provide expert-level customer service, ensuring timely and accurate quotations, and negotiating product information, pricing, and promotions.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Ensure TD SYNNEX meets and exceeds service level agreements with customers, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  5. Utilize exceptional telephone manner and priority management skills to effectively manage multiple customer interactions and priorities.
