What does the role involve?

As a vital member of our team, you will engage with customers through inbound communications regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Your role will be to assist customers in planning for their future, accessing their investments, updating personal details, or providing support during challenging times, ensuring a smooth experience during significant moments in their lives.
