**Job Summary**

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Stock Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for managing sales invoices, supporting stock and logistics administration, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, process stock movements, and conduct regular stock counts.
  • **Customer Service**: Manage customer service flows, control repairs, and maintain spare parts and accessories.
  • **Sales Administration**: Monitor daily sales, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide sales associates with timely updates on retail CCLs and special orders.
  • **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring good practices in product storage and handling.

**Requirements**

  • Previous administrative experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Strong office administration skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Windows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
