Job Summary

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Administrator to support our Medical Records department.

About the Role

As a Medical Records Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, tracking, and accurate storage of all medical records for the hospital.

  • Prepare records prior to outpatient clinics
  • Transport records to relevant departments
  • Filing of completed records

This is a busy, fast-paced role that requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless record-keeping
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems
