Key Responsibilities

The Healthcare Records team plays a vital role in ensuring the meticulous preparation, monitoring, and secure management of all patient records. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Organizing records in advance of outpatient consultations
  • Facilitating the transportation of records to designated departments
  • Ensuring proper filing and documentation post-appointment

Given the high volume of daily patient interactions, this position demands a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity is advantageous
  • Proficient computer skills are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under pressure
  • Willingness to engage in the physical aspects of the role
