About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to identify and report any faults or defects.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our service users, staff, and visitors.
  • Participate in a 1-week on-call rota for emergency maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Good DIY skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to emergency situations.
  • Compliance with health and safety procedures and protocols.
