What We Seek:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and confidently lead busy shifts, ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons.
  • Demonstrate the capability to oversee the venue independently in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Handle financial management, inventory control, target achievement, and report submissions.
  • Bring creativity to the role by generating innovative ideas to enhance the appeal of your bar.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, motivating them to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure adherence to licenses, conduct risk assessments, and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Organize staff schedules and manage labor efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a high-volume bar.
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence in handling cash.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and team-building capabilities.
  • Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Approachable, self-driven, and motivated with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive manager who is willing to step in and assist the team during busy periods.
