What We Expect:

General Managers play a pivotal role in our teams by setting standards and supporting every team member. We are in search of exceptional individuals who can make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and confidently lead busy shifts, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
  • Oversee P&L management, inventory control, target achievement, and report submissions.
  • Be an innovative leader, generating creative ideas to enhance the appeal of your bar.
  • Develop and mentor a team of professionals, motivating them to deliver top-notch service.
  • Ensure adherence to licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety regulations.
  • Organize staff schedules and manage labor efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and a genuine passion for mixology.
  • Proven experience in bar and late-night venue management.
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence in handling monetary transactions.
  • Exceptional leadership, training, and team-building capabilities.
  • Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Approachable, self-driven, and possess excellent communication abilities.
  • A hands-on management style, willing to assist during peak times and craft cocktails alongside your team.
