What We Require:

Barbacks are essential to our team. We are looking for a Barback who is eager to engage and ready to assist bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need, whether it be spirits, garnishes, or ice.

This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME position, with shifts scheduled throughout the week, and a competitive hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restocking the bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware as required.
  • Cleaning and maintaining bar surfaces, glassware, and utensils to ensure a tidy and sanitary work environment.
  • Assisting bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during busy periods.
  • Cutting fruits and preparing garnishes for cocktails.
  • Organizing and maintaining bar storage areas for easy access to supplies.
  • Providing excellent customer service by promptly assisting patrons and directing them to bartenders or servers as needed.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and communicating low stock to the bar manager for timely replenishment.
  • Collaborating with the bar team to foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
