About the Venue:

Situated near a prominent location, Arcade Food Hall embodies our commitment to showcasing diverse culinary brands and supporting emerging talent in the food and beverage industry, all within a single venue.

The space features a variety of exciting brands, including a flagship southern Thai restaurant, an Indian fast food outlet, a Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen, an American diner, Indonesian street food, and a Japanese sushi experience. Our bar serves drinks crafted from fresh market ingredients, reflecting the flavors of our kitchens, complemented by a dynamic events calendar.

As a Barback, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the bar's opening and closing procedures, ensuring all checklists are completed and SOPs are followed.
  • Preparing the bar area with necessary supplies.
  • Supporting bartenders during service.
  • Operating glass washing equipment and ensuring glassware is polished and readily available.
  • Restocking supplies before, during, and after service, adhering to best practices for efficient operations.
  • Assisting bartenders as needed to maintain exceptional guest service standards.
  • Keeping the bar and its equipment clean and organized.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked and tidy cellar at all times.
  • Participating in briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Reporting low stock levels, health and safety concerns, and any equipment issues to the bar manager.
