What We Require:

Barbacks are the backbone of our team. We seek a Barback who is eager to dive in and support our bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need, whether it be spirits, garnishes, or ice.

This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME position, with shifts scheduled throughout the week, and a competitive hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock the bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar surfaces, glasses, and utensils, ensuring a sanitary work environment.
  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during peak hours.
  • Prepare fruits and garnishes for cocktails.
  • Organize and manage bar storage areas for easy access to supplies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly assisting patrons and directing them to bartenders or servers as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to the bar manager for timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the bar team to foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
