What We Require:
Venue Operations Managers are the foundation of our teams, setting the standard and supporting every team member. We are looking for remarkable individuals to make a significant impact within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and confidently oversee busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Handle profit and loss management, inventory control, target achievement, and report submissions.
- Be an innovative manager, generating creative ideas to make your venue the premier destination.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals, motivating and encouraging them to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, risk assessments, and health and safety regulations.
- Organize staff schedules and effectively manage labor resources.
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
- Extensive experience in bar and late-night venue management.
- Proficient in financial management and possess strong business acumen.
- Exceptional leadership, training, and team-building abilities.
- Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving skills.
