Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team at The Cocktail Club. As a Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our General Manager and team to achieve our goals and maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior bartending or management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
