Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Floortender to join our team at The Cocktail Club in London. As a Floortender, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You'll be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized seating area.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
- Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
