About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at The Cocktail Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nightlife or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
