Senior Demand Generation Marketing Strategist

Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company that empowers 80% of the global workforce. We're seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to create and implement strategic marketing programs that drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging aligns with product features and benefits.
- Partner with the Content Team to create and distribute high-quality marketing assets that support demand generation and campaign efforts.
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of company-hosted events, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads through the funnel and track performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and event marketing.
- Basic analytical skills, including familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
