Job Title: Senior Field Marketing Manager - Demand Generation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Kindred | Marketing Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead nurturing and conversion
  • Build and manage ABM programs to target key accounts and decision-makers
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and business objectives
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of lead nurture campaign success
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools (Madison Logic, Demandbase, 6sense)
  • Metrics-driven approach to measuring campaign success and making improvements
  • B2B marketing background in finance, credit, or tech industries
