Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Kindred | Marketing Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and accelerating pipeline growth across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Design and implement lead nurture campaigns to engage and convert target audiences
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decision making

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' experience in demand generation, ABM, and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools (Madison Logic, Demandbase, 6sense)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
