Responsibilities:

  • Restock the bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar surfaces, glasses, and utensils, ensuring a tidy and sanitary workspace.
  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages during peak hours.
  • Prepare fruits and garnishes for cocktails.
  • Organize and manage bar storage areas for easy access to supplies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by promptly assisting patrons and directing them to bartenders or servers when necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to the bar manager for timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the bar team to foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
