About Us

We are excited to unveil two innovative entertainment spaces in the heart of London, revitalizing live music in Soho and marking a new chapter for Denmark Street - the legendary birthplace of British counterculture.

Located four levels underground and adjacent to Tottenham Court Road tube station, we have designed HERE - a state-of-the-art venue with a capacity of 2000, dedicated to hosting extraordinary live performances, club events, comedy shows, arts, and cultural experiences; alongside prestigious events, launches, fashion showcases, and film presentations.

On the iconic Denmark Street, where the Sex Pistols resided, the Rolling Stones recorded, and David Bowie formed his first band, stands The Lower Third - a community bar and fiercely independent grassroots music venue that celebrates emerging talent and the raw essence of rock&roll; featuring a café, a world-class cocktail bar, and a 200-capacity basement club.

We are in search of passionate mixologists to embark on an adventure that promises deep engagement in music, events, and hospitality - alongside a team of like-minded, creatively driven individuals dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences that resonate for a lifetime.

About the Role

As a mixologist, you will be tasked with delivering friendly and efficient service in a high-energy environment, whether it’s during a live performance, club event, or private gathering. You will enjoy one of the best vantage points in the venue, so a love for the vibrant world of music and events is essential, along with the ability to maintain focus and deliver an exceptional guest experience with unwavering standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the bar for service, ensuring all aspects are ready before service commences
  • Operating at a swift pace while maintaining a clean and efficient high-volume service
  • Communicating with supervisors and managers regarding any issues that may arise with equipment, stock, or patrons
  • Collaborating as a team to meet targets while fostering a supportive and enjoyable work atmosphere.

About You

We seek candidates with some experience as a mixologist, ideally in a high-volume setting, and familiarity with POS systems. However, the most crucial attribute is a genuine passion for music and nightlife, along with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests, artists, and clients.
