**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

You’ll be a Standards Setter.

You’ll establish and maintain impeccable standards for all of our bar operations, ensuring consistency in drink quality, presentation and service across all venues.

You’ll elevate our cocktail game by introducing innovative and signature drinks that become the talk of the town. (This is the perfect role for someone who truly has a passion for mixology and training)

You’ll develop and implement robust training programs to guide our Bar Managers in how to transform their bartenders into maestros of mixology, focusing on precision, speed and a flair for showmanship. You won't be involved in directly training bartenders but using your venue management to create the perfect standards

Oversee the visual appeal of our bars, from the arrangement of bottles to the ambiance, ensuring that every guest is captivated by the sheer artistry of our drink stations.

You’ll alsoconduct regular audits to guarantee that every beverage meets the Boom Battle Bar seal of excellence, leaving our guests craving more

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in high-volume bar management with a proven track record of excellence.
- A passion for mixology and a keen eye for detail in drink presentation.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Leadership skills that inspire and motivate a team toward perfection.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
- Ability to travel and maintain standards across multiple locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
