Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cocktail Creation and Service
- Learn and master our extensive cocktail menu, including classic and signature drinks.
- Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and flair, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Guest Relations
- Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with seating, menu presentation, and drink orders.
- Cleanliness and Bar Operations
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the bar, adhering to our procedural list.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, adhering to food and beverage safety regulations.
- Communication and Reporting
- Communicate effectively with the Bar Manager regarding inventory issues, client feedback, and other matters.
- Comply with all reasonable direction and requests from the Management Team.
Requirements
- Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar.
- Excellent spirits and classic cocktails knowledge.
- Attention to detail and customer needs.
- Personal Qualities
- Social, engaging, and motivated.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
