About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cocktail Server to join our team at The Arts Club, a prestigious private members' club in London. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our discerning members and guests, ensuring a memorable and luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that all guests' needs are met
  • Be familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu, making recommendations and answering questions with confidence
  • Support the team in delivering an exceptional experience for guests, working collaboratively to ensure seamless service
  • Be attentive and proactive, responding quickly to the needs of our guests and bar team
  • Be an excellent team player, with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to, maintaining a safe and responsible environment
  • Demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service, surprising and delighting our guests
  • Be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately, maintaining high standards of attention to detail

About You

We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator, with exceptional people skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
