Cocktail Server Artesian

The Langham, London; a prestigious Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated establishment, is currently seeking a Cocktail Server to join our esteemed Artesian team. Artesian Bar is a leader in the sophisticated London bar landscape, offering a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere paired with innovative cocktails that are unique to our venue.

As a Cocktail Server, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • taking drink and food orders from guests
  • serving patrons, clearing tables, and processing payments
  • creating memorable experiences through genuine connections
  • exhibiting flair, charisma, and charm in a dynamic setting
  • maintaining impeccable presentation and being attentive to the needs of guests and management
  • managing complex situations with efficiency and poise
  • being a collaborative team member with outstanding communication abilities
  • ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards
