We are seeking a customer-focused Reception Supervisor to lead our small team at a prestigious building in the city. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Front of House operation, providing direction, training, and support to the team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and other service providers
* Developing and fostering strong relationships across the building
* Producing reports and solving problems
* Owning the visitor management system
* Taking responsibility for health and safety in public areas
* Creating and improving SOPs and policies

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000, excellent holiday allowance, pension contributions, life insurance, enhanced annual leave, and access to our Training Academy for development opportunities.
