Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. This will include preparing a variety of dishes, including hot and cold meals, snacks, and beverages.

Customer Service

You will be the face of Chartwells - Independent and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. This will include greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Teamwork and Communication

You will work closely with our team to ensure that we are providing the highest level of service to our clients and customers. This will include communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients to ensure that we are meeting our service standards.

Health and Safety

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, including adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
