Job Overview

Stonor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, primarily focusing on print and content services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and identifying opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure top-quality service delivery and help develop tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing client relationships.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel to client sites as needed to develop solutions and maintain strong relationships with clients.

About You:

  • Business Acumen: Self-starter with strong organisational skills and a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience working in the Communications & Print sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with a talent for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
