About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Search Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Business Development Executives to ensure they have a full diary of quality meetings and presentations.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with our Business Development Executives to drive sales growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience in telesales, cold calling, and outbound sales.
  • Experience working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
