About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for leading a variety of accounts and working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking ownership and working autonomously to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that meet the needs of clients and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing projects on time, within budget, and to a high specification
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to account teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs
Requirements
  • Existing experience as an Agency Account Director
  • Broad marketing knowledge with a strong base in digital
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of accounts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to think holistically and develop integrated marketing solutions
