**About the Role**
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Executive to join our team in the Chelmsford area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow up on in-bound leads to convert them into new booked business.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Negotiate with overseas agents and suppliers to secure new business opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in shipping and logistics.
- Success in selling services to importers and exporters.
- Ability to handle cold calls and build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong analytical skills to calculate costs and quotes.
