Position Overview
Kier Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to enhance our Construction division.
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Loughton, Essex
Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will be integral to our Construction team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from educational facilities to commercial buildings, healthcare, leisure, and public sector initiatives.
Your primary duties will include:
- Managing resources effectively (including personnel, finances, and physical assets) to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while maximizing client satisfaction and profitability.
- Implementing all Kier Group policies, including those related to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Promoting Kier Group's core values to our clients to meet or exceed their expectations, aligning with our vision of becoming the most respected company in the industry.
Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for you if you possess:
- Experience managing multi-phase projects valued up to £80 million.
- A degree or HND in a construction or engineering discipline, along with a recognized project management qualification.
- Strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
