We are seeking a Pre-Construction Project Leader to become an integral part of our dynamic project team.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

As the Pre-Construction Project Leader, you will oversee the management of pre-construction personnel for designated projects from the initial stages through to contract finalization. Your role will involve steering the overall strategy, coordinating all aspects of the pre-construction team, and crafting high-quality proposals that align with both client expectations and company standards.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing assigned pre-construction staff for specific projects.
  • Overseeing pre-construction activities from initial planning through tendering and pre-construction service agreements, culminating in contract award.
  • Implementing performance excellence processes related to pre-construction, including bid governance.
  • Upholding the company’s core principles throughout the project lifecycle during the pre-construction phase.
  • Collaborating with the business development team to identify and pursue tender opportunities.
