We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to become an integral part of our project team.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will oversee the preconstruction team for designated projects from the initial phase through to contract award. Your role will involve leading the overall process, ensuring that all components of the preconstruction team work in harmony to create high-quality proposals that align with both client expectations and company standards.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the assigned preconstruction personnel for specific projects.
  • Overseeing the preconstruction process from inception through to tendering and PCSA, culminating in contract award.
  • Implementing Performance Excellence preconstruction methodologies, including bid governance.
  • Applying the Kier Golden Rules throughout the project lifecycle during the preconstruction phase.
  • Collaborating with the business development team to identify tender opportunities and strategize winning plans.
